Job Description

• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Head Housekeeper.
• Able to drive excellence as well as routine work.
• Communicate effectively and clearly.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Possess strong training, leadership and people management skills.
• Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and possess an attention to details.
• Good knowledge of all housekeeping areas, i.e. guest floors, public areas.
