• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• With at least 5 years of working experience in multi-area/ retail management.
• With a background in Financing, Credit Investigation, Collection, Sales and Marketing.
• Knowledgeable enough on how to manage and develop a positive and productive management team.
• With proven skills in strategic planning, problem solving and decision making.
