Job Description
The Area Business Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that all growth targets in terms of Franchisee Recruitment and Site Acquisition are timely met in the assigned area The ABDM is also responsible in ensuring that the local office and pertinent administrative processes like repairs and maintenance (in the absence of a local Commissary Manager) is running efficiently according to the policies, procedures and standards set by the Division and the Company.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business related course
- No gender requirement
- Preferably lives within the immediate area of the local sales headquarter
- Total of at least 5 years in food and beverage industry and 3 of those years in a franchising business
- If sourced internally, should have at least 5 years experience as a Site Development Assistant or Franchise Recruitment Assistant or 3 years as a Franchise Recruitment Officer
- If sourced from outside, should have at least 5 years experience in Site Development or Franchise Recruitment in a supervisory capacity
- Preferably with driver’s license
- Willing to travel and do field tasks
