Job Description
An Account Manager is responsible for facilitating the development and execution of a set of strategies for a portfolio of accounts, initiatives to help customers leverage geospatial information and technology to achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop database of prospects, customers, and opportunities.
- Developing strategies to gain access to decision makers.
- Prepares sales goals and sales plan.
- Respond to pre-sales inquiries on ArcGIS and other products of Geodata for assigned vertical’s’ prospects and customers.
- Deliver client needs-centered presentations of ArcGIS and other products of Geodata for assigned vertical.
- Provide and coordinate pre-sales demos, workshops and seminars on ArcGIS and other products of Geodata for assigned vertical prospects and customers.
- Write quotations.
- Managing client meetings, objections and negotiating synergistic terms.
- Establishing commitment and closing the sale.
- Updates salesforce regularly.
- Maintains communication and relationship with client.
- Ensures that all deliverables as agreed are correctly delivered and on time.
- Attend to client inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- College graduate of Business Administration/Marketing
- Fresh graduate or at least one (1) year experience in account management or sales and marketing

- Hybrid work setup (office & work from home)
