Job Description
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Accounng Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field or posion is an advantage.
3. 20 to 40 years old.
4. Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures, good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel and attentive to details.
5. Experience in SAP accounting system or any accounting software is a plus.
6. Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Willing to be trained and grow with the Company.
8. Has a good moral character and office etiquette.
9. Preferred Metro Manila residents.
10. Office based and remote working arrangement.
11. Can start immediately.
Roles and Responsibilies:
1. Reviews and evaluates invoices and monitor deadline of payments.
2. Prepares accounts payable voucher, check voucher, cheques, and BIR Form 2307.
3. Monitors, reviews, and reconciles receivables schedule.
4. Encodes collecons in SAP.
5. Monitors and reviews contracts documentaon and filings.
6. Assists the Accounng Manager in preparing audit schedules during audit.
7. Other tasks that may be assigned.
