Dear PMAPer,
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) issued Labor Advisory No. 03, Series of 2026, requiring employers and contractors to submit their Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) through the DOLE Online Compliance Portal before starting any construction activity.
Submission must be completed via (https://reports.dole.gov.ph) to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, promote workplace safety, and avoid possible delays or penalties in project implementation.
