Dear PMAPer,
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) issued Labor Advisory No. 01–26 for February 2026. February 17, 2026 (Chinese New Year) is a Special Non-Working Day. Employees who work are entitled to an additional 30% of their basic wage, while those who do not work follow the “no work, no pay” rule unless a more favorable company policy applies.
February 25, 2026 (EDSA People Power Anniversary) is a Special Working Day. Employees who work receive their regular daily wage, and “no work, no pay” applies unless otherwise provided by company policy.
