The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) issued Labor Advisory No. 15–25 — Promoting Labor and Management Preparedness and Protecting Labor Rights During Imminent Danger Arising from Disruptive Events. It encourages both labor and management to strengthen preparedness and cooperation in the face of disruptive events — such as natural disasters or other emergencies — that may pose imminent danger to workers.
The advisory provides guidelines on emergency planning, workplace‑safety compliance, hazard assessment, and risk‑mitigation measures.
