The Bureau of Internal Revenue issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 107-2025, which temporarily suspends all field audits and related operations, including the issuance of Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Mission Orders (MOs), with limited exceptions for urgent or legally mandated cases.
