| SUBJECT : | Memorandum Circular No. 102 s. 2025, Malacañang suspends government work and classes in Metro Manila, and in Luzon and Visayas areas, on 26 September due to “Opong.” |
Dear PMAPer,
Malacañang Palace issued Memorandum Circular No. 102, mandating the suspension of work in government offices and schools in the National Capital Region, Biliran, Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Samar, Masbate, Romblon, and Sorsogon.
Meanwhile, classes at all levels are suspended in the provinces of Aklan, Albay, Antique, Batangas, Bataan, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Capiz, Cavite, Catanduanes, Guimaras, Iloilo, Laguna, Leyte, Marinduque, Negros Occidental, Oriental Mindoro, Rizal, and Quezon.
Agencies involved in disaster response, health, and other essential services will remain fully operational.
