SUBJECT   :Memorandum Circulars No. 75-2025: Extended Deadline for Tax Filling

Dear PMAPer,

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has announced an extension of the deadlines for the filing of tax returns, payment of corresponding taxes, and submission of required documents for taxpayers within the jurisdictions of Revenue District Offices affected by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and tropical cyclones “Crising,” “Dante,” and “Emong.”
