Dear PMAPer,
The Office of the President has issued Memorandum Circular No. 89, Series of 2025, suspending work in government offices and classes at all levels in Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, and Occidental Mindoro on 22 July 2025, due to continuous heavy rainfall from the Southwest Monsoon.
Essential services and disaster‑response agencies will remain operational, while non‑vital staff may work under alternate arrangements; private sector suspension is left to employer discretion.
