The People Management Association of the Philippines, through its Research Committee, recently held its 2nd Research Conference with a distinct focus on developing people, systems, and technology towards workplaces that are more evidence-based and data-driven.
Our keynote speaker, plenary speakers, and presenters eagerly presented their findings on better people management. Our current objective is to use their research as a springboard to develop people programs and practices that are more effective and engaging.
