To close the successful day 1 of our event, we have our PMAP Awards Showcase for the People Program of the Year Regional Exemplars.
Our presenters showcased their own People Program followed by a panel discussion moderated by 2016 PMAP President Francis Jesse Rebustillo, FPM. Dr. Alfred Allen E. Buenafe, the Executive Director of Philippine Center for Advanced Surgery Training Center, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, puts forward the Philippine Center for Advanced Surgery Program where Filipino surgeons would no longer need to go overseas to learn advanced surgical techniques and Mr. Emmannuel T. Narciso, the Executive Vice President and Head of RCBC’s Global Transaction Banking Group shared their workforce readiness program that HR practitioners could emulate and benchmark from.
