• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and general computer literacy, working with dual screens
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills are also required
• Willing to report on-site in Makati

• Must possess an Active Nursing License in the Philippines.
• Experience in US Healthcare preferred.
• Strong skills in written and oral communication, organization, decision-making, and time management.
• Typing speed of >45 words per minute preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; general computer literacy.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work assigned shifts and attend onsite training.
• US Workers Compensation background and knowledge of ICD-10 codes/utilization review is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Experience developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and step-by-step instructions.
• Ability to analyze training requirements and present effective educational solutions.
• Knowledge of audience-engagement techniques for different learning styles and ability to implement them in both a face-to-face learning environment and in an e-learning course.
• Experience with current authoring tools required, experience in creating interactive courses and lively video modules is an advantage.
• Experience using Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and other curriculum development, or multi-media tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, working with dual screens, and general computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in training.
• Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules in Makati City
