Account Executive
- Respond to customer complaints and immediately coordinate with technical support
engineering for servicing schedule and provide follow-up to get customer feedback
regarding service provided. - Identify potential new accounts and organize site visits and explain product features
to win potential client to increase revenue. - Oversee the dissemination of marketing and sales strategies, product training,
services etc., ensuring that they are carried out efficiently to increase sales. - Assist in the processing of sales order (SO), delivery scheduling to ensure products is
delivered to the reseller at the expected time and in good condition and provides
billing and credit and collection as needed. - Maintain good line of communication with principals designated advertising agencies
and clients regarding promotional activities to ensure target profit is achieved. - Provide customers with up-to-date information requested.
- Develop and maintain relationships with resellers and other relevant internal groups
to ensure that the department’s sales target is realized. - Maintain good relations with resellers to ensure that the company remains as the
preferred supplier. - Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from
time to time.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication Information Technology,
Computer Science, or a related field. - With at least 1-3 years of work experience in IT Sales (telemarketing, inside sales,
corporate/retail account manager, channel account executive, Sales Officer/Supervisors) - Must be knowledgeable or have atleast a background either of the following Ricoh
Scanner & Phoenix UPS, HP Workstation, AV, Dahua, Sangfor, Veeam, Quest,
Quantum, Sophos, Huawei Solar, Stratus, etc.

Pre-Sales Technical Engineer
- Install company products at customer sites, ensure that they are working effectively,
and provide any necessary training and instruction to users. - Carry out the on-site repair of company products and ensure that there are working
effectively. - Respond to technical enquiries from customers and ensure that any problems
presented are resolved to their satisfaction. - Undertake the testing of company products and equipment, as requested, to ensure
that they are working effectively. - Reports problems with company products to relevant company staff to ensure that
these are resolved. - Maintain an awareness of developments in company products to ensure that the
company continues to provide up-to-date services. - Provide technical pre-sales services such as but not limited to doing product
demonstrations, proof of concept, technical presentation and technical consultation. - Attend trainings and pass certifications as may be required by the company.
- Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from
time to time.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering,
Information Technology, or Computer Science. - With at least 1-2 years of work experience in the same industry. Fresh graduates are
welcome to apply. - Must be knowledgeable to different IT Products (Holowits, Ransnet, Citrix,
NComputing, Huawei Solar, HCL, Veeam, Poly) - Technical certifications in IT and in the Electronics Security, field is an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally either locally or internationally when needed.
- Must have an experience in Product Demo/ Presentations.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year employment bond.

Product Manager
- Organize and control accounts to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and
trained to meet all sales target and that they carry out their responsibilities to the
required standards. - Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales target.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing portfolio of accounts and identify
new potential resellers to achieve and/or increase sales. - Plan and secure approval of annual marketing plan and acceptable annual sales
target, monitor the performance of account and product specialist and take remedial
action where necessary to ensure sales targets are met. - Monitor and control marketing funds provided by the principal to ensure that all
activities are properly funded to achieve set objectives. - Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains

- Has knowledge in MS application (PVOT, V-lookup, formula creation)
- With good presentation skills.
- With atleast 2-5 exposure on IT Products (Crestron, Ricoh Scanner & Phoenix
UPS, Veeam).
