     Due to the changing and complex business environment, there is an indispensable need for the HR professionals to make decisions and align their business objectives with their HR strategies. HR Metrics and Workforce Analytics enable organizations to use their wealth of employee data to make better decisions about their workforce and improve operational performance. However, many organizations are still struggling with developing an effective strategy, identifying where to start and what to measure in order to understand how metrics and analytics can support broader business strategies.

     In this 2-day course we will provide you with a model and a process that will help provide structure and direction for your analytics development or improvement, and prepare you to work with your line management on metrics issues and opportunities. Many aspects of HR measurement will be discussed like- how to get buy-in from your management, what data is best to collect, how to choose and build metrics, and how to use analytics to reflect and improve performance and support decision making.
